Code reorganization

Someone who knows Ruby inside and out would be able to organize the code so that it makes a lot more sense. The directory structures do not match the namespaces. There are common methods across some sources and sinks which could be moved to the module, but they are class related making it a little out of my price range.
I'd love for this to happen, as it'd be a real learning experience for me.
